Warranty, returns and looking after the unit. Every Kleanaza order is placed and fulfilled through Amazon, so returns and refunds run on Amazon's process.
One-year warranty
Kleanaza covers manufacturing defects for one year from the delivery date on your order. If the pump, the battery or the housing fails in normal use, we replace the unit.
Not covered: accidental damage, disassembly, and the ordinary wear of the nozzles and the tank seal.
Register your warrantyReturns
Start a return from Your Orders in your Amazon account, inside the return window shown on the order. Amazon issues the refund once the unit arrives back.
If the unit arrived damaged or the wrong item shipped, write to us as well and we will replace it directly.
Care
Empty the tank after use and rinse the nozzle under running water. Leave both to air dry before packing them away.
Wipe the body with a damp cloth. Do not put any part of the unit in a dishwasher, and do not use solvents on the finish.
Making a claim
Send us your Amazon order number through the contact form.
Tell us what the unit is doing, and send a photo or short video if you can.
We reply within two business days with a replacement or a next step.
