Questions
What the product does, how it charges, and how it travels. Anything not here, write to us.
How it works
Filling the 300 ml tank from the side at an ordinary bathroom tap — the step that trips up top-fill bottles. Thirty seconds, no sound.
How much water does it hold?
300 ml. The tank is marked 300ML MAX on the side, so you can see the fill line while you are at the tap.
How do I fill it?
From the side, not the top. The tank twists off at the collar and fills under a short faucet or in a shallow sink, where a top-fill bottle would not fit.
What is the difference between the H and L buttons?
They are the two power modes, High and Low. Each of the three nozzles works with both, which is where the six spray configurations come from.
How do the nozzles swap?
By hand. Each nozzle twists on and off the arm — narrow, medium and wide, all three in the box.
How does it charge?
Over USB-C, from any standard cable, wall plug or power bank. The port sits under a cover on the body, above the tank collar, and an indicator light shows charging status.
Can I take it on a plane?
It is sized for carry-on and comes with a travel bag. Empty the tank before you fly, and carry the unit in the cabin rather than in checked baggage, as airlines normally require for lithium-ion batteries. Check your airline's rules before you travel.
Is it water resistant?
The unit is IPX7 tested by CTI, report A2260597768101.
How should I look after it?
Empty the tank after use, rinse the nozzle under running water and let both air dry before packing them away. Wipe the body with a damp cloth. No dishwasher, no solvents.
What comes in the box?
The bidet, three nozzles and a travel bag.
Where does it ship from?
Amazon. Delivery, tracking and returns all run through your Amazon order.
